HOW CAN I GET FITTED?
Bookings are made on whatsapp by clicking the whatsapp button, when making a booking to fit kindly state your name, date of event, prefered color if any and your size.
WHEN SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?
Place your rental order atleast 2 days before the event. Last minute orders are acceptable but are subject to availability of merchandise.
HOW DO RETURNS WORK?
Once a dress has left the rental store, rental charges apply. Incase of a return due to cancellation of event no refund shall be made to the customer.
WHO CATERS FOR DRY CLEANING FEES?
The dry cleaning fee is included in the rental charges. There is no need for the customer to take the dress for dry cleaning.
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGE?
The customer is liable for any damage that occurs during rental period. In the event of permanent stains or damage the customer shall pay in full the retail cost of the dress. In case of minor repairable tears the store shall cater for the repairs.
